В основу статьи легли вопросы создания национальных воинских формирований в западном регионе Казахстана в годы Великой Отечественной войны. 70% европейской части СССР в первой половине войны находилось под контролем немецких фашистов, поэтому Красная Армия нуждалась в живой силе. В этой ситуации решением Государственного Комитета Обороны на повестку дня был поставлен вопрос о формировании воинских соединений, в том числе национальных воинских частей из народов союзных республик. Описывается как народ Казахстана, в том числе Западно-Казахстанской области, был вовлечен в эту сложную и обременительную задачу. Целью статьи является раскрытие на основе документов, в том числе архивных данных, что формирования были созданы на средства трех областей Западного региона, а уставший от войны народ давал свои последние деньги и пожитки. Героический путь воинских формирований в войне, вклад отдельных лиц, участвовавших в боевых действиях, освобожденные ими города подтверждены различными документами.
На основании научных монографий и иных документов констатируется, что основу формируемых в Западном Казахстане воинских соединений составляли рабочие и колхозники, а большинство командиров были представителями русской национальности. На должность комиссаров коллективов часто привлекались секретари обкомов партии, ответственные сотрудники ЦК Компартии Казахстана. На основе использованных архивных данных выявлено число мобилизованных на фронт из областей Западного Казахстана, убитых, пропавших без вести, сдавшихся в плен и погибших в госпиталях от тяжелых ранений. Все эти сведения приведены в таблицах.
The article is based on the issues of the creation of national military formations in the western region of Kazakhstan during the Great Patriotic War. 70% of the European part of the USSR in the first half of the war was under the control of the German fascists, so the Red Army needed manpower. In this situation, the decision of the State Defense Committee put on the agenda the issue of the formation of military formations, including national military units from the peoples of the Union republics. It describes how the people of Kazakhstan, including the West Kazakhstan region, were involved in this difficult and burdensome task. The purpose of the article is to disclose based on documents, including archival data, that the formations were created at the expense of three regions of the Western region, and the people tired of the war gave their last money and belongings. The heroic path of military formations in the war, the contribution of individuals who participated in the fighting, and the cities they liberated are confirmed by various documents.
Based on scientific monographs and other documents, it is stated that the basis of the military formations formed in Western Kazakhstan were workers and collective farmers, and most of the commanders were representatives of Russian nationality. Secretaries of regional party committees and responsible employees of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan were often involved in the position of commissars of collectives. Based on the archival data used, the number of those mobilized to the front from the regions of Western Kazakhstan, killed, missing, surrendered, and died in hospitals from severe wounds was revealed. All this information is given in the tables.
