Основное внимание в работе автор акцентирует на изменение конъюнктуры рынка требований потенциальных потребителей образовательных программ – студентов и работодателей. Значительное внимание уделяется результатам обучения и их соответствия постоянно меняющимся условиям рынка труда. Целью статьи является исследование опыта взаимодействия вуза с работодателями в формировании профессиональных компетенций выпускников. В качестве исследовательской задачи авторами была определена попытка оценить оправдано ли участие работодателей при обсуждении образовательных программ, проведены соответствующие исследования и педагогические эксперименты. Авторы дают обобщенную характеристику тенденциям развития взаимовыгодного сотрудничества вузов с работодателями и их влияния на формирования профессиональных умений и навыков. Данное направление дополняется также рассмотрением влияния самостоятельной работы студентов на оценку результатов обучения и стремления к обновлению знаний, профессиональному росту для удовлетворения требований, выдвигаемых современным рынком труда выпускникам вуза. Дискуссионным продолжает оставаться вопрос роли работодателей в обеспечении качества образования университетов, тем не менее вузы недостаточно часто привлекают практиков для решения актуальных вопросов, мотивируя это компетентным профессорско-преподавательским составом кафедры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article raises questions about the interest of students, universities, the state and employers in quality education in the modern labor market. In this work, the author focuses on changes in market conditions of the requirements of potential consumers of educational programs - students and employers. Much attention is paid to the learning outcomes and their relevance to the constantly changing conditions of the labor market. The purpose of the article is to study the experience of university interaction with employers in the formation of professional competencies of graduates. As a research task, the authors identified attempts to assess the validity of the participation of employers in the discussion of educational programs and conducted appropriate scientific and pedagogical experiments. The author gives a general description of the trends in the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between universities and employers and their impact on the formation of professional skills and abilities. This direction is also complemented by the impact of independent work of students on the assessment of learning outcomes and the desire to update their knowledge, professional development of university graduates under the requirements of the modern labor market.
