Важную роль в функционировании инновационных систем играют инфраструктурные связи. Они, как вспомогательное звено, обеспечивают взаимодействие и нормальную работу той или иной инновационной системы, обеспечивают преобразование и продвижение инновационных идей конечному потребителю.В целом для всех производств, в том числе наукоемких, реализация инноваций как объекта инновационной деятельности требует в основном всесторонней поддержки. Поэтому предусмотрена возможность комплексного обеспечения при создании инновационной инфраструктуры.Инновации могут способствовать развитию частного сектора, что важно для создания более диверсифицированной и конкурентоспособной экономики Казахстана. Поэтому создание и развитие конкурентоспособной инновационной экономики для Казахстана является одной из приоритетных задач в условиях глобализации мировой экономики.Все вышесказанное требует изучения широкого круга вопросов, связанных с основными трендами развития инновационных систем в условиях наукоемкой экономики, для выработки рекомендаций по дальнейшему развитию инфраструктуры инновационной системы Казахстана. Для создания эффективной инфраструктуры инновационной системы в республике необходимо глубокое изучение всех ее элементов в совокупности и в отдельности, а также их взаимодействие как системы. Объективное изучение процессов формирования и функционирования инфраструктурных звеньев инновационной системы РК позволит правильно обосновать основные направления повышения эффективности инновационной деятельности страны в целях формирования наукоемкой экономики.
Infrastructure connections play an important role in the functioning of innovative systems. They, as an auxiliary link, ensure the interaction and normal operation of a particular innovation system, ensure the transformation and promotion of innovative ideas to the end consumer.For knowledge-intensive industries, the implementation of innovations as an object of innovation activity still largely requires comprehensive support and comprehensive support, which is possible when creating an innovation infrastructure. Innovations can contribute to the development of the private sector, which is important for creating a more diversified and competitive economy of Kazakhstan. Therefore, the creation and development of a competitive innovative economy in the context of the globalization of the world economy is one of the priorities for Kazakhstan.All of the above requires studying a wide range of issues related to the main trends in the development of innovation systems in a knowledge-intensive economy, in order to develop recommendations for the further development of the infrastructure of the innovation system of Kazakhstan. To create an effective infrastructure of the innovation system in the republic, it is necessary to study in depth all its elements together and separately, as well as their interaction as a system. An objective study of the processes of formation and functioning of the infrastructural links of the innovation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan will allow to correctly substantiate the main directions of increasing the efficiency of the country's innovation activity in order to form a knowledge-intensive economy.
