В статье подчеркивается особая роль деятельности адвокатов и юридических консультантов, прав и обязанностей друг друга в процессе реализации системы обеспечения верховенства права и защиты прав человека в Республике Казахстан. Также правовой статус и правовые обязанности адвокатов и юридических консультантов за рубежом (в государстве Япония). Поправки к Конституции с изменениями в новой реформе, внесенные в Конституцию первого закона в Японии, краткое историческое изложение Конституции Второй мировой войны в Японии и основные положения о прохождении периодической аттестации адвокатской службы, стажировки, правил прохождения квалификационного экзамена для совершенствования этапов становления правовой системы, сходства, истории развития отраслей права, компетенций адвокатской деятельности и права об адвокатуре о рассмотрении требований. Освещаются современные условия, традиционные проблемы, исторические этапы адвокатской деятельности между двумя странами, а также обновление правовой реформы, в которой были внесены изменения в систему подготовки юристов в Японии. Описываются роли иностранных адвокатов и количество адвокатов в международных отношениях, динамично развивающихся за годы работы специалистов, оказывающих профессиональную правовую помощь в Японии. В качестве оснований возникновения общественных отношений, в том числе гражданских. Изложена роль лица, способного выступать представителем в гражданском процессе, и роль правовой специфики термина «представитель» и правоотношений опеки и попечительства, и адвокатских услуг, вытекающих из иных судебных актов, а также виды бесплатных услуг и место медиатра в судебном процессе для обеих стран.
The article emphasizes the special role of the activities of lawyers and legal consultants, the rights and obligations of each other in the process of implementing the system of ensuring the rule of law and protecting human rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan. As the basis for the emergence of social relations, including civil ones. The role of a person capable of acting as a representative in civil proceedings, and the role of the legal specifics of the term "representative" and the legal relationship of guardianship and guardianship, and lawyer services arising from other judicial acts, as well as the types of free services and the place of the mediator in the judicial process for both countries are outlined.
