В современных условиях в производственном процессе предприятия выявлено ряд несоответствий технологического, производственного, организационного потенциала предприятий и спроса потребителей на рынке. Несоответствие послужило основанием внесения на предприятиях процесса реструктуризации, и соответственно организационной структуры предприятий. Следовательно, создание эффективного механизма адаптации предприятии к современным условиям является актуальной проблемой, пока предприятия не станут эффективными субъектами экономики.Экономика Казахстана лишена перспективы стабильного экономического роста из-за отсутствия практически реализуемой государственной инновационной политики, а также эффективной системы управления. По этой причине разрабатывается концепция организации управления. За счет технического перевооружения и реконструкции производства, а также повышения инновационного потенциала обеспечение эффективного управления предприятием может быть реализовано на основе следующих показателей: во-первых, согласно разработке стратегии организации, во-вторых благодаря формированию организационной структуры управления, в-третьих, на основе анализа причин отклонений фактических значений от запланированных и принятия управленческих решений по ликвидации отклонений.В связи с этим необходимо провести оптимальную концепцию долгосрочного комплексного развития, которая в свою очередь, должна привести данную организационную структуру и организационный механизм в соответствие с конкретными целями управления. Данный процесс происходит за счет четкого обеспечения разработки и поэтапной реализации концепции организационной перестройки. Так как данная концепция развития реализуется в соответствии с целями организации, то упорядочение системы должно носить постоянный характер. Такая концепция развития организации через систему целей позволяет также наиболее точно определить направление развития его организационной структуры управления. Условием применения выбранной стратегии оптимальной адаптации организации к внешним условиям функционирования является наиболее рациональное определение стратегически эффективной организационной структуры управления. Оценка результативности необходима не только для реальной организационной структуры, но и для сравнения многообразных вариантов ее совершенствования.Цель данной статьи – предложения по совершенствованию организационных структур управления организации в современных условиях экономики.
In modern conditions, a number of inconsistencies in the technological, production, organizational potential of enterprises and consumer demand in the market have been identified in the production process of an enterprise. The discrepancy served as the basis for introducing a restructuring process at the enterprises, and, accordingly, the organizational structure of enterprises. Therefore, the creation of an effective mechanism for adapting an enterprise to modern conditions is an urgent problem until enterprises become effective subjects of the economy.The economy of Kazakhstan is deprived of the prospect of stable economic growth due to the lack of a practically implemented state innovation policy, as well as an effective management system. For this reason, the concept of management organization is being developed. Due to the technical re-equipment and reconstruction of production, as well as increasing the innovative potential, ensuring effective enterprise management can be implemented on the basis of the following indicators: firstly, according to the development of the organization's strategy, secondly, due to the formation of the organizational management structure, thirdly, based on the analysis reasons for deviations of actual values from planned ones and making managerial decisions to eliminate deviations.In this regard, it is necessary to carry out an optimal concept of long-term integrated development, which, in turn, should bring this organizational structure and organizational mechanism in line with specific management goals. This process occurs due to the clear provision of the development and phased implementation of the concept of organizational restructuring. Since this concept of development is implemented in accordance with the goals of the organization, the streamlining of the system should be permanent. This concept of the development of the organization through the system of goals also allows you to most accurately determine the direction of development of its organizational management structure. The condition for applying the chosen strategy for optimal adaptation of the organization to external conditions of functioning is the most rational definition of a strategically effective organizational management structure. Performance evaluation is necessary not only for the actual organizational structure, but also for comparing the various options for its improvement.The purpose of this article is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects for improving the organizational structures of managing an organization in a modern market economy.
