ЛАТИНСКИЙ АЛФАВИТ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ТЮРКСКИХ ЯЗЫКОВ

Abstract

The alphabets, based on the Latin script, are very common all over the world. The adoption by the Turkic peoples of a single alphabet based on the Latin script is an active means of integrating them into the world culture. On the other hand, the adoption of the Latin alphabet is the next step in bringing the Turkic peoples closer. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to observe the 10 basic linguistic-psychological rules of alphabetical creation. Currently, 5 of the 6 Türkic Republics use new alphabets based on the Latin script. But of these 5 alphabets, two identical or absolutely identical are not available. In the Turkic languages studied, 16 graphemes from the 34-th are absolutely identical. And 18 phonemes and graphemes in the studied languages have different outlines or sounds. If these alphabets are not identified, they can not serve the rapprochement of the Turkic peoples and the creation of Tolerant Turkic Unity.
