DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE IN KAZAKHSTAN: FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE REGIONS

Scientific research consists in the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for the development of infrastructure as the most important link of the innovation system in a knowledge-intensive economy. The new results obtained will make it possible to analyze the innovation infrastructure in the context of types of innovation systems (national, regional and sectoral) and develop an innovation policy based on the authors' strategic approach to the sustainable development of the NIS of Kazakhstan (national innovation system). The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and development of innovative infrastructure in Kazakhstan and substantiate scientific and practical recommendations for the development of science in a capacious economy. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks are being solved: studying the theoretical aspects of the features of innovation infrastructure in a knowledge-intensive economy; evaluating the methodological foundations for assessing the state and development of infrastructure links in the innovation system; analysis of the state of national, regional and sectoral innovation systems for the adequacy of their infrastructure development; assessment of the socio-economic efficiency of innovation development based on the application of methods of an economic and mathematical approach; development of promising strategic directions for innovative development and development of scientific and practical proposals for the formation and development of infrastructural links of the innovation system of Kazakhstan in a knowledge-intensive economy.
