ACTUAL ISSUES OF PROVIDING SERVICES ON REPRESENTATION IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

The article emphasizes the special role of the activities of lawyers and legal consultants, the rights and obligations of each other in the process of implementing the system of ensuring the rule of law and protecting human rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
