Abstract

This article describes the formation of the pedagogical activity of a scientist, teacher, psychologist Mazhit Mukanov, the influence of teachers and colleagues through his pedagogical life, and his psychological, pedagogical views in textbooks, teaching aids and scientific articles. Also, many Kazakhstani scientists are considered, they wrote works on the importance of M. Mukanov's place in the science of psychology, which outlines his role in the development of national and pedagogical psychology. The importance of the scientist's work lies in the importance of social demand for the history of educational psychology, the spiritual need for training future specialists and the widespread use of educational psychology in the education system. The meaning of statements in his works about cognitive processes and mental properties is harmoniously combined with the works of Russian and foreign psychologists. The actual problem of the article is the identification of psychological views in the heritage of the scientist through the main scientific works, as well as the use of the teacher psychologists in their work, the scientist's statement about psychological counseling and psycho-preventive work, and the formation of youth psychology through the personal qualities of the teacher.

Abstract

The article discusses the main principle of education in folklore - respect for spiritual and moral qualities, especially conscience, decency, politeness, kindness and other feelings of purity of conscience. It is shown that traditions play a special role in the formation of the young generation as a person. First, the main modern requirement for the Kazakh people is the upbringing of the values of love, which are passed on from generation to generation. Thus, the use of national traditions in the educational process contributes to the formation of national identity. If it is correct to instill in young people the essence of traditions, which are the basis of public education, a valuable asset, from a very early age, we can hope that we will bring up a patriotic citizen. Raising a Kazakh family is a “ladder” for the formation of personal behavior and spiritual and cultural values. Today, the importance of using traditions in the educational process at school lies, firstly, in its acquaintance with the experience of people in the field of education, methodological and pedagogical capabilities, and secondly, with personal qualities such as responsibility, decency, activity. The rich experience of the Kazakh people over the centuries, traditions, customs, oral literature, national games are an invaluable treasure of special educational value.

Abstract

When carrying out production works, it is necessary to ensure the normal sanitary maintenance of the territory under operating conditions without harm to the environment, and the issues of collection and temporary storage, and further disposal of solid household waste and construction waste, are of particular relevance. Environmental hazard of waste-quality, which is a set of dangerous properties that are in functional unity and characterize the ability of waste to have a negative impact on the environment and humans. In this case, the component of waste is any component of it (for example, a chemical compound or its component that retains its main properties under normal conditions), for which you can create a system of indicators that are used to assess the risk of waste. This article is devoted to the study of waste generated during the development of dumps of overburden gypsum deposits 96 and 102 in Akzhayyk district of West Kazakhstan region. The calculation of waste generation volumes is made according to the "Methodology for developing draft standards for the maximum placement of production and consumption waste", Annex No. 16 to the order of The Minister of MOE of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18.04.08 No. 100-p. Based on the results of research, the planned amount of production and consumption waste during the construction and operation of the projected object was determined.

Abstract

In this paper, the analysis of fisheries data in the YayykRiver and the coastal part of the Caspian Sea shows the impact of fisheries intensity on the state of reserves. Under these conditions, one of the important parameters of fisheries management should be boundary benchmarks for fishing armament for each site of the Yayyk - Caspian basin, including those located off the coast of the Mangistau region. It is shown that in order to justify the need to introduce regulations, it is necessary to calculate the possible catch of fish. Conditions under which fisheries management should become a boundary guide for fishing armaments, which will allow to regulate the fishing load on reservoirs by rationing the number of fishing gear claimed by natural users for the organization of fishing. This will reduce the presence of excess fishing efforts on the reservoirs, establish and implement limits on the safe effort (fishing parameters) that allow, on the one hand, to make effective use of existing stocks, on the other hand, to prevent their subversion, i.e. to establish for each body of water the maximum allowable number of fishing gear used in the fishery. In this article, we provide calculations for each section of the coastal part of the Caspian Sea off the coast of the Mangistau region. The fishing in the coastal part of the Caspian Sea is shown carried out by enterprises of the Mangistau region on the sites assigned to them.

Abstract

The work analyzes the size-age, sexual structure and dynamics of the pike population. It was revealed that the structure of fishing catches of pike in the river Kigash included several generations with different dynamics of numbers. It is shown that the main group of spawning fish were young individuals 3-4 years old. At the same time, the proportion of fish older than the age groups has increased. It is shown that the largest catches of pike were in the spring, when fishing focused on pretrust and spawning migrations. In the early years and subsequent years (2010-2019), catches did not exceed 400 kg except in 2015 when maximum catches reached up to 1 ton. It has been determined that the scale of natural reproduction allows to replenish the stocks of these fish species. Fishing is seized such types of fish as: vobla, zander, sazan, jellyfish, som, pike, bream, carp, perch, geese and lint. Currently, fishing in the water system of the Kygash river is based on four species of fish: vobla, som bream and carp. In terms of the number of catches pike takes 5th place. It is known that the modern spawning fund of the KygachRiver is 70,000. Ha. Many channels of sleeves and eers are places of spawning for pike. The effectiveness of pike reproduction depends on its size on spawning grounds and less on the hydrological regime, as the spawning of the pike begins before the flood and the impact is having a rise and fall in water level.

Abstract
Materials of researches on food of fish semi-through passage in рекеЖайык are given in this article. It is shown that the collected material was carried out in the summer period at the expense of the scientific limit in accordance with the methodology for feeding the pike and bream. Biological indices of fish, frequency of occurrence of nutritional components and index of filling of fodder organisms in gastrointestinal tract are determined. Research conducted at the station located in the river. Zhayyk "Nizhny Tatar," "Yerkinkala," "Lower Dam," "Small Dam." A description of fodder objects for each species of studied fish is given. It was found that the nutrition of fish mainly depends on the state of the environment. The quality of nutrients varies from the age composition of fish. The nutritional activity of fish, normal living conditions of fish, water temperature and oxygen content have a significant effect. It is known that each species of fish feeds on certain food organisms. Depending on the type of nutrition and how it is caught or the nature of the nutrition, fish are divided into predatory and bentsoyed. The fish is eaten mainly by predators, and their species are sander, pike-inhabitants of freshwater reservoirs. The nutrition of "non-predatory" fish is divided into bentophages, planktophages and algae of plant origin. A representative of predatory fish is represented - a beetle and a bentofak bream.

Abstract

In this work, materials are presented on the dynamics of the spawning population of the bleeds in the yayyk river. It is shown that the river zhayyk with a pre-forest space includes a significant area, which is an area of migration of commercial fish from the pre-river to the river and back. In all seasons of the year, the formation of fish stocks foraging young and adult fish is formed throughout the water area. The article analyzes the intensity of spawning migration of producers to spawning grounds of the Yayyk river and their biological characteristics. It has been revealed that the number of fish older than the age group is decreasing every year. Scientific studies allow us to assess the characteristics of spawning migration of the bleed and to determine its fish stocks and to recommend commercial seizures. The scientific data obtained on the state of fish stocks, their biological characteristics (growth rate, fertility, yield of young people, food supply) are the basis for the calculation of catch quotas and the development of a strategy for the management of bioresources. It has been determined that in the qualitative structure of the producers of bleeds, migrating to the places of location, there was a further increase in the length and weight of both females and males. The size of the wobbles from non-water river catches ranged from 15 to 34 cm (average 22 cm) and weigh 79-729 g (average 271 g). The average length of females is 24 cm, males - 20 cm, the average mass - 404 and 139 g respectively. The spawning herd of venova in spring 2019 consisted of 6 age groups in the range of 2 to 7 years. The 3-5 year before - 96.1% prevailed. The average age of the population is 3.9 years, which is lower than in previous years.

Abstract

This article analyses the materials of the modern state of fishing for semi-passable fish in fishing areas of the Zhaiyk River. A brief description of the hydrological regime of the Zhaiyk River and its influence on fishing is presented The volume of water runoff has been identified as the most important hydrological determinants of the productivity of fishing fish. It was revealed that the regulation of river flow in the upper part of the Zhaiyk river basin and significant water intake for various needs are the main reasons for the decrease in annual flow volumes in the lower reaches. The hydrological regime of the river. Zhayyk is characterized by significant variability in the volume of annual runoff. In recent years, the river Zhaiyk is a low-water river and its influence has recently been strengthened on the state of bioresources of the river Zhaiyk. It is known that despite the decrease in the water level of the river. Zhaiyk and the deterioration of the environmental situation, fishing for semi-passable fish species continues on stationary tone sites. It has been shown that at present the basis of the fishery is semi-passable and river fish, the reproduction of which is associated with the regime of spring flood. It was revealed that the spawning conditions of fish are associated with the water level in the river, the onset of spawning water temperature and the duration of the flood.

Abstract

This article discusses the content of dissolved oxygen, the hydrogen index in the Zhayik River. The seasonal dynamics of water temperature, hydrogen, biogenic and oxygen conditions were studied. The study of the content of dissolved oxygen in the water of the Zhayik River in various years of research. It was shown that in all seasons of research, the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water fluctuated seasonally. As a result of the study, the average level of dissolved oxygen in water at stations in the spring period was in the range of -5.7 mg/dm3. In summer, the oxygen dissolved in the river was 7.2-8.7 mg / dm3.According to many years of research, the oxygen regime of the Zhayik River ranged from 5.6 to 14.4 mg / dm³. It was revealed that the lowest oxygen saturation in the water of the Zhaiyk River was recorded in 2019. In General, during the observation period, the oxygen content in the water significantly decreases, but there are no clear patterns of its dependence on the annual flow, and certain trends in the reduction of oxygen in the water are provided. In 2002-2009, the average oxygen content in water was 9.2 mg / dm3 with an annual water flow of 7.8 km3.In the period 2012-2019, the oxygen content decreased by 1.0 mg/dm3, but it was found that the annual water flow did not change much (7.8 km3).

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of seasonal changes in the taxonomic composition, number and biomass of the macrozooentos of the YayykRiver in 2019. In the spring, summer and autumn periods everywhere there were small-leaf worms. The seasonality in the seasonal aspect from the average (spring and summer) to the low (autumn) class of feeding is shown and corresponded to the reservoirs of z-mesotrophic and oligophtropic type. It is determined that in spring, summer and autumn there were everywhere small-bristynque worms Oligochaetasp. (100% occurrence). Chironomidae chironomidae chironomide larvae were found at a frequency of 50 to 100%. Frequently observed multi-brush worms H. kowalewskii (meeting from 33 to 67%). in 2019, the taxonomic composition of the jayyk zoobentos consisted of 13 species and forms of benthic organisms from four groups: worms - 4, insects - 2, crustaceans - 2 and molluscs - 5 species. In the off-season aspect there was a fluctuation of quantitative indicators of bentos. According to the results of the studies, the average number and biomass of bottom invertebrates were in spring 1013ex./m2 and 13.0 g/m2, in summer - 910ex./m2 and 634.85 g/m2, in autumn - 1263ex./m2 and 454.88 g/m2, respectively. In zoobentos, the number of worms was determined by numbers, the share of which was 92.8% in the spring, 72.2% in the summer, and 90.3% of the average number of benthos in autumn. According to biomass, molluscs dominated, their share in the average weight of benthos was 84.4%, in summer 99.78% and in autumn 99.61%, respectively.

Abstract

This work shows the species composition of semi-migratory fish in the Kigach River and the pre-mouth area. The size and weight indices of common carp, bream and crucian fish show that in the pre-mouth space it is higher than in the Kigach river. The spawning part of the carp, bream, and crucian fish is described by the age structure, and also shows that young fish prevailed during the spawning period. It was revealed that the main part of juvenile fish slides into the sea in the year of birth and a small number of fish remain in the river bed where it feeds and feeds. The carp found in the Kigach River had a length of 31 to 45 cm and weighed from 585 to 1782 grams. The carp population was characterized by an age difference from 3 to 8 years, and the main group of fish under 4 years old was the largest, about 46%, which indicates the sustainability of natural reproduction of fish stocks. Bream (Abramisbramaorientalis Berg). During commercial fishing in the Kigach River, in 2019, the size of bream was 22 - 31 cm, weight from 183 to 554 g. According to research in 2019, 3-4 year old fish make up 79.7%. The spawning part of carp, bream, and crucian carp is characterized by an age structure, the length and weight of which change with age, as well as the predominance of juvenile fish during spawning. Crucian carp (Carassius carassius). In 2019, it was reported that the length of the crucian carp caught in the Kigach River varied from 17 cm to 27 cm and weighed from 146 to 555 g.

Abstract

This paper presents materials on the stocks and biological characteristics of the tench. It is shown that the length and body weight and age of a tench fluctuate over years. It was revealed that the spawning part of the tench population consists of groups of different ages, but the main part of the tench population provided a commercial stock at the age of 5. According to our data, the sexually Mature age of Lin becomes 3-4 years. High fecundity reaches 300-400 thousand eggs. As a result of the study of the Kingash river, the number of tench in the catches is small and does not exceed the stocks of other fish species, which is due to the small population. The largest catches of tench were recorded in 2015 - 29.9 tons. In the following years - 2016-2019. the number of tench in catches decreased to 6,547 tons (2018), but in 2019 it increased to 8.75 tons. Semi-migratory fish species, upon reaching maturity, make massive spawning migrations in the spring to the places of spawning grounds, after spawning leave the river and walk in the pre-mouth space. Fluctuations in tench abundance in catches are associated with changes in natural factors influenced by water levels and river flow rates.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to reveal the factors influencing modern education. The article addresses one major question: What is happening with education in this difficult era? The author draws on the analysis and results of Western studies in order to understand what makes education so complex. At the same time, it is important in the article to identify the totality of various factors that affect the concept of education. The scientific novelty of the work lies both in the approach to the study of scientific articles by Western scientists, and, in the interdisciplinary consideration of the issue itself with the involvement of the classical works of Western philosophers. The study also addresses two main sub-themes: What is education for? Values and attitudes of teaching staff. As a result, the data obtained showed that the variety of factors of modern education is difficult for a number of external and internal factors, where external ones have only an indirect effect on its content, while internal ones have a direct impact.Ultimately, frequent reforms in the education system, a surge in economic integration, a huge flow of information and human relationships through advanced technologies, the movement of a huge number of people around the world, changing of human values and many other factors make education so difficult

Abstract

This article is considered the interrelations of historical events in territory of Mangyctau and Turkmenistan during of khan Piraliabove Turkmens. The study of the Mangystau region, as well as the role of the region in the history of Kazakhstan, its influence on the formation of our statehood, has always been of interest to groups of historians and amateur historians. Nevertheless, these historical events fall into the category of historical research objects, the course and influence of which has been little studied. The peculiar history of the Adai tribe, which inhabits the vast territory of the Mangystau land, can become a source of various topics for study. The arrival of the Adaitribesmen in Mangystau, with the subsequent displacement of the Turkmen tribes outside the region, led the Turkmens to repeatedly send envoys through the governor of Astrakhan to higher ups, asking the Russian tsar to take them under guardianship. The Tsar of Russia agreed to fulfill this request and appointed Pirali, son of Nuraly Khan, Khan of the Mangystau Turkmens. However, from the very beginning, the freedom-loving Adai tribe, which did not obey the tsarist government, did not recognize the power of Pirali Khan, who was granted his position at the request of the Turkmens. The article describes the relationship of historical events that took place during the reign of the Kazakh Khan Pirali in the Mangystau region and Turkmenistan.
