Abstract

The article considers the history of the formation of the scientific stock collection of the Saraishyq MuseumReserve and describes the unique exhibits stored in the funds of the Saraishyq Museum-Reserve.

The State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the most visited cultural centers of the Atyrau region by tourists.

The collection of exhibits of the Saraishyq Museum-Reserve covers the material and spiritual heritage of Kazakhstan.

Currently, the fund of the museum-reserve has more than 4,000 exhibits. Many of them are priceless values of the history and culture of Kazakhstan.

After analyzing the main stages of organizing the classification of the collection, the authors identified two main ways of its formation. The first and main way is to replenish the collection at the expense of artifacts found as a result of archaeological excavations. Archaeological excavations at the site of the medieval city of Saraishyq and other excavation and exploration expeditions of the regional scale. The second method is through the "Gift to the Museum" campaign with the acceptance of the number of exhibits from ordinary citizens and receiving copies of exhibits from foreign countries.

The peculiarity of the article is also that it tells about the exhibits taken to other museums of the republic and abroad, as well as in providing information about them.

This article is of interest both for a full-fledged researcher and for anyone interested in the history of Saraishyq.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of the names of the national games of Germans, Kalmyks and English from the linguocultural point of view. The game name determines its theoretical and practical importance. It is shown that the game performs one of the most important roles in society. It forms a personality at all stages of its development. The position of games and their names in the development of a linguoculturological approach to the study of languages is defined.

Based on the analysis of the names of German, Kalmyk and English games, as well as the identification of their characteristic features, the special status of the game is determined as a phenomenon. Work on this theme has not yet been carried out in the studied languages. The research on the topic reveals the mechanisms of how language conveys culture, how customs, traditions, and people's way of life are reflected and fixed in the language.

This information allows to study more fully the peculiarities of the mentality and culture of native speakers. The analysis of vocabulary enables further semantic reconstruction, including relying on text data. The combination of linguistic data and information from other forms of culture in one article makes it possible to see cultural and linguistic parallels.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of spiritual and moral education of students through the heritage of Kazakh ethnopedagogy. The article clarifies the etymological meaning of the concepts of "spirituality "and" morality " based on the works of ancient and medieval scientists and thinkers. At the same time, researchers in their works consider the ethnopedagogical heritage of the Kazakhs as a means of spiritual and moral education of students. The Kazakh ethno -pedagogical heritage offers a system of work in accordance with ready-made mechanisms, gradually implemented by the university in the educational process, providing for the deepening of knowledge and education of students. The article also reveals the educational significance of the Kazakh ethno-pedagogical heritage in business communication, which provides an extension of the concept of "ethno-etiquette", which allows to deepen the knowledge base of students. A certain system of work is proposed that provides for the deepening and systematization of the students ' knowledge base in the field of the Kazakh ethno-pedagogical heritage, which can be carried out according to the developed mechanisms that are implemented in the educational process of the university in stages. The authors of the proposed system of spiritual and moral education of university students using the Kazakh ethno-pedagogical heritage can be used in practice of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

This article focuses on the main task of strengthening national values - the modernization, informatization, further development of education, the development of intelligence, the formation of continuing education.

Abstract

This article reveals the pedagogical conditions for the development of future teachers-psychologists' reflection with the help of theoretical analysis. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of reflection (its characteristics) and the features of its development, the organization of reflexive activity as pedagogical conditions for the development of future teachers-psychologists' reflection, the formation of a reflexive environment, the activation of intersubjective relations of participants in reflexive activity, the actualization of reflexivity are distinguished. The ideas of future teachers-psychologists about their "I" in the course of pedagogical conditions for the development of reflection are expanded. They are reflexive in relation to their activities and are active in discussing their feelings and experiences, as well as revealing their dignity and inner potential. From this point of view, one of the ways that give effective results in the professional training of future teachers-psychologists is that the tasks of pedagogical conditions are an urgent problem in the development of reflection.

Abstract

Strategic investment projects should primarily include financial support that determines the composition and structure of funding sources. After all, it is known that the main part of the sources of funding comes from property relations. These, along with their own, include borrowed funds and attracted sources.

The main part of the property transformation program is the investment portfolio as a set of investment projects selected for implementation at this enterprise. Let's focus on determining the optimal investment portfolio. An optimal investment portfolio is a set of effective investment projects that provide a return on investment.

Property transformations are carried out with the implementation of investment projects, each of which is characterized by a certain amount of investment. Investments include both funds invested in the implementation of projects and other capital.

In the course of writing the article, the property restructuring program was presented, which represents a set of measures for structural, technological and organizational changes in operating property complexes and a long-term plan for the implementation of investment projects. Property transformation is a purposeful process of changing the operational property complex (QMS), which leads to a new qualitative state that corresponds to the economic growth strategy of a complex company.
